Nashville Salad

Ingredients
- Country Ham/Pre Cooked Bacon - 10 oz / 285 g or 2-3 oz / 70 g
- Granny Smith Apple - 1
- Pecans/Walnuts - 1 C / 100 g
- Celery Sticks - 3-4
- Olive Oil - 2 TB / 40 g
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 TB / 40 g
- Salt - to taste
- Garlic Powder - 1/4 tsp / 1 g
Steps

1. Chop/Slice ham, apple, nuts, celery
2. Combine all ingredients. Mix
3. Sit for 5-10 min
