  • Red Bell Pepper - 1
  • Shallot - 1-2
  • Smoked Salmon - 4 oz / 140 g
  • Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
  • Water - 20 oz / 600 ml
  • Powdered Milk - 2 TB / 10 g
  • Instant Mashed Potatoes - 3 oz / 85 g
  • Lemon/Rice Vinegar - 1/2 tsp / 5 g

Steps

1. Chop red pepper, shallot
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add pepper, shallot, salmon, seasoning. Stir
4. Cook 1 min
5. Add water, powdered milk. Boil
6. Add potatoes, lemon/vinegar. Stir
7. Cook 1-2 min
