- Grain Mix, precooked - 8 oz / 250 g
- Manchego cheese - 4 oz / 100 g
- Spanish Chorizo - 4 oz / 120 g
- Olives - 1/4 C / 30 g
- Roasted Red Peppers - 1/4 C / 30 g
- Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
- Lemon - 1
- Salt - to taste
- Smoked Paprika - 2 tsp / 10 g
