Ingredients

  • Water - 8 oz / 250 ml
  • Whiskey/Bourbon/Rum - 2 50ml bottles
  • Dried Apricots - 1/2 / 100 g
  • Dried Peaches - 1/2 / 100 g
  • Dried Figs- 1/2 / 100 g
  • Dried Cherries/Cranberries - 1/2 / 100 g
  • Cinnamon - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Sugar Packets - 2-4
  • Salt - pinch
  • Shortbread Cookies - 3 oz / 100 g

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Combine all ingredients. Stir
3. Cover. Boil
4. REDUCE HEAT. Simmer 3-5 min until most liquid
has evaporated
5. Serve w/ crumbled shortbread
