- Water - 12 oz / 100 g
- Powdered Eggs - 4 TB / 50 g
- Dehydrated Beans - 1 C / 95 g
- Tortillas - 4 pc
- Soyrizo Sausage - 13 oz / 370 g
- Cheese - 4 oz / 110 g
- Avocado - 2 pc
- Salt - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
Steps
- HYDRATE eggs with 4 TB water, salt.
- CHOP soyrizo, cheese, avocado
- TURN ON BURNER: Med heat
- TOAST tortillas. RESERVE
- Add soyrizo. COOK 2-3 min. STIR
- Add remaining water. BOIL
