- Red Bell Pepper - 1
- Shallot - 1-2
- Smoked Salmon - 4 oz / 140 g
- Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
- Water - 20 oz / 600 ml
- Powdered Milk - 2 TB / 10 g
- Instant Mashed Potatoes - 3 oz / 85 g
- Lemon/Rice Vinegar - 1/2 tsp / 5 g
Steps
1. Chop red pepper, shallot
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add pepper, shallot, salmon, seasoning. Stir
4. Cook 1 min
5. Add water, powdered milk. Boil
6. Add potatoes, lemon/vinegar. Stir
7. Cook 1-2 min
