Ingredients

  • Olive oil - 2 TB / 50 g
  • Shallot - 2
  • Garlic - 2 clvs
  • Zucchini - 2
  • Corn - 2 ears
  • Water - 32 oz / 1 L
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Basil, fresh - 1/4 C / 15 g
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 TB / 25 g

Steps

  1. CHOP shallot, garlic, zucchini, corn
  2. TURN ON BURNER: med heat
  3. + oil, vegetable, salt
  4. COOK 3-5 min. STIR
  5. + water
  6. COOK 5-10 min until done
  7. + apple cider vinegar. STIR
  8. GARNISH w basil
  9. EAT!
