Ingredients
- White Beans - 2 cans (31 oz/880g)
- Kale - 1 bunch
- Carrot - 3
- Onion - 1
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Water - 8 oz / 250 ml
- Lemon - 1
- Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g
- Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
- Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
Steps
1. Chop garlic, carrot, onion, kale
2. Cut lemon wedges
3. Open cans
4. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
5. Add olive oil, vegetables, salt, pepper
6. Cook 5 min. Stir
7. Add white beans, water
8. Cook 5-10 min
9. Garnish w/ lemon wedges
