Ingredients
- Water - 12 oz / 350 ml
- Orzo Pasta - 4 oz / 115 g
- Sun Dried Tomatoes - 2 TB / 18 g
- Italian Seasoning - 2 tsp / 5 g
- Salt - to taste
- Red Pepper Flakes - pinch
- Parmesan Cheese - 2 TB / 15 g
- Olive Oil - 2 TB / 35 g
- Balsamic/Sherry Vinegar - 1 TB / 18 g
Steps
1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water. Boil
3. Add pasta, sun dried tomatoes. Boil until soft.
4. Drain. TURN OFF BURNER
5. Add remaining ingredients and mix
