Ingredients

  • Water - 12 oz / 350 ml
  • Orzo Pasta - 4 oz / 115 g
  • Sun Dried Tomatoes - 2 TB / 18 g
  • Italian Seasoning - 2 tsp / 5 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Red Pepper Flakes - pinch
  • Parmesan Cheese - 2 TB / 15 g
  • Olive Oil - 2 TB / 35 g
  • Balsamic/Sherry Vinegar - 1 TB / 18 g

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HEAT HEAT
2. Add water. Boil
3. Add pasta, sun dried tomatoes. Boil until soft.
4. Drain. TURN OFF BURNER
5. Add remaining ingredients and mix
