Ingredients

  • Instant Rice - 1 C / 160 g
  • Water - 8 oz / 250 ml
  • Rice Vinegar - 2 TB / 30 g
  • Sugar - 1 TB / 12 g
  • Tuna, packaged - 5 oz / 150 g
  • Sriracha - 1 TB / 15 g
  • Mayo Packets - 2-4
  • Seaweed Sheets - 6-8
  • Soy Sauce Packets - 2

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water, rice vinegar, sugar
3. Stir. Boil
4. Add rice. Sit 10 min
5. Toast seaweed wrappers over flame quickly.
Reserve. TURN OFF BURNER
6. Mix tuna, sriracha, mayo. Reserve
7. When rice done, spoon rice, tuna mix onto
wrapper
8. Drizzle w/ soy sauce as desired
9. Wrap it up!
