- Water - 24 oz / 700 ml
- Salt - 1 tsp / 2 g
- Chili Powder Spice Mix - 2 TB / 25 g
- Shallot - 2
- Red Pepper - 1
- Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
- Avocado - 1
- Lime - 1
- Queso Fresco/Feta - 2 oz / 50 g
Steps
- CHOP shallot, red pepper
- TURN ON BURNER: Med heat
- + oil, shallot, pepper. STIR
- COOK 2 min
- + Polenta, water, salt, chili powder, STIR
- TURN BURNER TO low
- STIR. SIMMER 5-7 min until cooked.
- GARNISH w avocado, lime wedge and queso fresco
- EAT
