Ingredients

  • Chicken, canned/pkg - 10-12 oz / 350 g
  • Ginger, fresh - 1 finger 
  • Garlic - 3 clvs
  • Red Bell Pepper - 1 pc
  • Salt  - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Ketchup - 1/2 C / 125 g
  • Pineapple, Canned 8 oz / 225 g
  • Rice Vinegar - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Rice, instant - 2 C / 450 g
  • Water - 16 oz / 500 ml

Steps

  1. CHOP ginger finely.
  2. CHOP garlic, red bell pepper
  3. OPEN can of pineapple, CHOP
  4. TURN BURNER ON: Med Heat
  5. + chicken, ginger, garlic, pepper, salt, ketchup, pineapple w/ juice, river vinegar
  6. COOK 5-7  min. STIR
  7. + rice, water. STIR
  8. COVER. SIT for 5-10 Min
  9. EAT!

Pro tips: use pineapple tidbits for no chopping!
