Ingredients

  • Water - 32 oz / 950 ml

  • Ramen Noodles - 6-7 oz / 150-175 g

  • Soy Sauce - 1/2 C / 125 g

  • Sesame Oil - 1/4 C / 55 g

  • Sriracha Sauce - 4 TB / 60 g

  • Green Onions - 1 bunch

  • Red Bell Pepper - 1

  • Sesame Snaps - 2 pkg

  • Snap Peas - 5 oz / 140 g

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water. Boil
3. Add ramen noodles
4. Boil until done. Drain. Keep in pot
5. Chop green onions, pepper, snap peas
6. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
7. Add sesame oil, soy, sriracha to noodles
8. Cook 3 min. Stirring
9. Add Vegetables. Stir
10. Cook 1-2 min
11. Garnish w/ crumbled Sesame Snaps
