Spinach Salad with Apples, Aged Cheddar

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil - 1/2 C / 100 g
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 1/4 C / 50 g
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
  • Spinach - 1 bag/ 6 oz / 170 g
  • Apple, your fav 1 pc
  • Shallot - 2 pc 
  • Aged Cheddar - 6 oz / 170 g

Steps

*NO BURNER*

  1. MIX olive oil, vinegar, salt, black pepper
  2. CHOP apple, shallot, cheddar
  3. + dressing to spinach, toppings
  4. MIX
  5. EAT!

For salads on the trail, it's great to bring along container with lid or ziploc bag. My fav is an other coffee container. Easy mixing
