Ingredients

  • Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g

  • Spinach, fresh - 10 oz / 300 g

  • Artichokes, canned/pkg - 8 oz / 240 g

  • Garlic - 3 cloves

  • Milk Powder - 3 TB / 15 g

  • Goat Cheese - 4 oz / 120 g

  • Water - 4 oz / 120 g


  • Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g

    Lemon - 1

    Bread/crackers, your fav - 1 loaf/box

Steps

Steps
1. Chop , spinach, artichokes, garlic
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add olive oil, garlic, artichokes. STIR
4. Cook 1-2 min
5. Add SPINACH (it will wilt), salt
6. Stir. Cook 2-3 min until wilted
7. Add milk powder, goat cheese, water
8. Stir. Cook 3-4 min until combined and bubbly
9. Add lemon juice
