  • Grain Mix, precooked - 8 oz / 250 g
  • Manchego cheese - 4 oz / 100 g
  • Spanish Chorizo - 4 oz / 120 g
  • Olives - 1/4 C / 30 g
  • Roasted Red Peppers - 1/4 C / 30 g
  • Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Lemon - 1
  • Salt - to taste
  • Smoked Paprika - 2 tsp / 10 g

1. Chop cheese, chorizo, veggies.
2. Mix all ingredients
