Ingredients

  • Quinoa or grain mix, precooked - 16 oz / 440g
  • Black beans - 1 can / 15 oz / 425 g
  • Corn - 1 ear
  • Zucchini - 1
  • Avocado - 2
  • Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Chili Flake or Hot Sauce - to taste
  • Lime - 1 
  • Cilantro - 1/2 bunch
  • Olive Oil - 1/4 C / 50 g

Steps

* NO BURNER RECIPE *

1. Chop corn, zucchini, avocado, cilantro
2. Open beans
3. Add all ingredients.
4. Mix. Sit for 5-10 min
