- Black beans - 1 can / 15 oz / 425 g
- Corn - 1 ear
- Zucchini - 1
- Avocado - 2
- Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g
- Chili Flake or Hot Sauce - to taste
- Lime - 1
- Cilantro - 1/2 bunch
- Olive Oil - 1/4 C / 50 g
