Smoked Salmon Tacos w Kale Slaw

Ingredients

  • Tortillas, corn or flour - 8 

  • Smoked Salmon - 4 oz / 140 g

  • Queso fresco or Feta - 4 oz / 115 g

  • Kale - 1/2 bunch

  • Green Onions - 1/2 bunch

  • Mayo Packets - 3

  • Lime -1

  • Salt - pinch

Steps

1. Chop kale, green onions
2. Mix w/ mayo packets, juice of 1/2 lime, pinch of salt
3. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
4. Toast tortillas
5. Layer smoked salmon, cheese and slaw
