Ingredients

  • Water - 16 oz / 500 ml
  • Orzo Pasta - 8 oz / 225 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Smoked Salmon - 4 oz / 140 g
  • Feta/Parmesan Cheese - 1/4 C /25 g
  • Lemon - 1

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water. Boil
3. Stir. Boil until done
4. Drain pasta
5. Add smoked salmon, cheese, salt. Stir
6. Squeeze lemon
