Ingredients

  • Oil - 4 TB / 30 g
  • Boca burgers/Field Roast - 13 oz / 386 g
  • Lentils, precooked - 8 oz / 227 g
  • Smoked Paprika - 2 tsp / 5 g
  • Red Pepper - 1
  • Tomato Paste - 4 oz / 150 g
  • Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Water - 4 oz / 120 ml
  • Apple Cider Vinegar -1 tsp / 5 g
  • Rolls/Slider Buns/Bread - 4-8

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
2. Toast bread with a little oil. RESERVE
3. Chop fake meat, red pepper
4. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
5. Add oil, fake meat, lentils, pepper, smoked paprika, salt, tomato paste
6. Stir. Cook 3-5 min
7. Add water. Stir. Cook 1-2 min until flavor comes together
8. Add vinegar. Stir.
9. Assemble in bread
