Ingredients

  • Fake Meat - 10 oz / 280 g
  • Garlic - 3 clvs
  • Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Beef Boullion cubes - 1
  • Fresh or Frozen Peas - 4 oz / 100 g
  • Fresh or Frozen Corn - 4 oz / 100 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - 20 oz / 600 ml
  • Instant Mashed Potatoes - 2 pkg/8.5 oz / 250 g
  • Cheese, grated, your fav - 4 oz / 115 g

Steps

  1. TURN ON BURNER: High heat
  2. + 16 oz water. BOIL
  3. + potatoes. COOK re pkg instruction. RESERVE.
  4. While boiling, CHOP garlic, fake meat, veggies if needed
  5. BURNER Med heat
  6. + oil, garlic, boullion, roast
  7. STIR. COOK 3-5 min
  8. + peas, corn, 2 oz water
  9. STIR. COOK 3-5 min
  10. SPRINKLE cheese to top of meat mix
  11. TOP w mashed potatoes
  12. EAT
