Ingredients

  • Water - 32 oz / 1 L

  • Ramen Noodles - 10-20 oz / 300 g

  • Sesame Oil - 1 TB / 10 g

  • Soy Sauce - 4 TB / 50 g

  • Seaweed - 1/2 pkg / .1 oz / 5 g

  • Bok Choy - 2-3

  • Shiitake Mushrooms, fresh or dried 6

  • Garlic / Garlic Powder - 2 cloves / 1 tsp / 2 g

  • Green Onions - 1/2 bunch

  • Sesame Seeds - 2 TB / 5 g

Steps

1. Chop bok choy, mushrooms, garlic, green onions.
2. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
3. Add water, noodles, sesame oil, soy, seaweed, tofu, bok choy, mushrooms, garlic
4. Cook 5-6 min
5. Add green onion, sesame seeds
