  • Water - 14 oz / 410 ml 

  • Powdered Eggs - 4 TB / 40 g

  • Oil - 1 TB / 15 g

  • Red Bell Pepper - 1

  • Shallot - 1

  • Camp Cuisine Ground Beef - 1 pkg / 3 oz / 85 g

  • Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g

Steps

1. Hyrdrate eggs w 4 TB water
2. Hydrate ground beef re pkg. 15 min
3. Chop pepper, shallot
4. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
5. Add oil, pepper, shallot, ground beef, salt
6. Cook1-2 min
7. Add eggs. Stir. Cook 1-2 min
