Ingredients

  • Rigatoni Pasta - 1 lb / 450 g

  • Water - 32 oz / 1 L

  • Olive Oil - 1/4 C / 50 g

  • Salami Piccante - 6 oz / 170 g

  • Zucchini - 1

  • Garlic - 3 cloves

  • Chili Flake - 2 tsp / 5 g

  • Oregano - 4 tsp / 8 g

  • Salt - 4 tsp / 100 g

  • Parmesan Cheese - 1/4 C / 100 g

Steps

1. Chop salami, zucchini, garlic
2. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
3. Add water, pasta, salt. Boil until done. Drain
4. Add olive oil, salami, zucchini, garlic, chili flake, oregano
5. Cook 3-5 min. Stir, Stir
6. Garnish w/ cheese
