  • Water - 16 oz / 475 g

  • Beets - 3-4

  • Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g

  • Cous Cous, instant - 10 oz / 285 g

  • Feta - 3 oz / 85 g

  • Blueberries, fresh or dry - 1/2 C / 110 g

Steps

1. Chop beets
2. Add water, beets, salt to pot
3. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
4. Boil until soft.
5. Add cous cous, bluberries. Stir. Cover.
6. TURN OFF BURNER
7. Sit re pkg instructions 5-10 min
8. Add feta. Stir
