Ingredients

  • Water - 18 oz / 600 ml
  • Polenta/Grits - 1 C / 150 g
  • Pepperoni, or your fav meat - 3 oz/135 g
  • Tomato Paste - 4 TB - 75 g
  • Italian Seasoning - 2 TB - 10 g
  • Chili Flake - 1 tsp / 2 g
  • Cheese, your fav - 4 oz / 115 g
  • French Rolls/Bagels/English Muffins - 2-3
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water, pepperoni, tomato paste, seasonings
3. Stir. Boil
4. Add polenta. Stir
5. BURNER TO LOW. Cook 3-5 min
6. Add cheese, ripped up bread
7. Add bread. Stir
