Ingredients

  • Red Pepper - 1 
  • Kale/Spinach/Collard Greens - 1/2 bunch / 4 stalks / 100g
  • Black Eyed Peas - 1 can/pouch/15 oz /425 g
  • Peanuts - 1/2 C / 75 g
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 TB / 35 g
  • Olive Oil - 2 TB / 35 g
  • Garlic Powder - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Hot Sauce/Cayenne Pepper - to taste

Steps

1. Chop red pepper, kale
2. Open can/pouch black eyed peas. Drain
3. Combine all ingredients
4. Sit for 10 min
