Ingredients
- Red Pepper - 1
- Kale/Spinach/Collard Greens - 1/2 bunch / 4 stalks / 100g
- Black Eyed Peas - 1 can/pouch/15 oz /425 g
- Peanuts - 1/2 C / 75 g
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 TB / 35 g
- Olive Oil - 2 TB / 35 g
- Garlic Powder - 1 tsp / 5 g
- Salt - to taste
- Hot Sauce/Cayenne Pepper - to taste
Steps
1. Chop red pepper, kale
2. Open can/pouch black eyed peas. Drain
3. Combine all ingredients
4. Sit for 10 min
