Ingredients

  • Almonds/Nuts - 4 oz / 20 g

  • Roasted Red Peppers - 8 oz / 225 g

  • Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp / 2 g

  • Salt - 2 tsp / 5 g

  • Cider Vinegar - 2 TB / 25 g

  • Pasta - 8 oz / 225 g

  • Water - 32 oz / 1 L

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water, 1 tsp salt, pasta
3. Boil until soft. Drain all but 1/4 C of liquid.
4. While boiling, add almonds, red peppers,
garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, vinegar in bowl.
5. Smash w/ stone until smooth yet rustic
6. Combine romesco to pot w/ cooked pasta
7. Stir. Cook 2-3 min until incorporated
