Ingredients

  • Crusty French Bread - 1/2 lag loaf
  • Olive oil - 1/4 C / 50 g
  • Red Wine Vinegar - 1/4 C / 50 g
  • baby Tomatoes - 1 pkg / 10.0 oz / 300 g
  • Cucumber - 1 pc
  • Basil, fresh - 2 TB / 10 g
  • Artichoke hearts - 1 can (15 oz) 
  • Garlic Powder - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp / 2 g

Steps

* NO BURNER*

  1. TEAR bread into bit sized pieces
  2. CUT tomatoes in half
  3. CHOP basil, cucumber
  4. OPEN can, DRAIN
  5. COMBINE all ingredients in mixing container
  6. MIX. LET SIT for 10 min
  7. EAT! ENJOY!
