Ingredients

  • Water - 32 oz / 1 L

  • Thick rice noodles - 7 oz / 200 g

  • Fish Sauce or salt - 1 tsp / 5 g

  • Nutbutter powder - 1/4 C / 31 g

  • Sriracha - 1-2 TB / 20- 40 g

  • Ginger Powder - 2 tsp / 5 g

  • Green Onions - 1/2 bunch

  • Lime -1

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water, rice noodles
3. Boil until soft. Stir. Reserve 4 oz water in pot
4. Chop green onions
5. Noods done, Add fish sauce/salt, nutbutter powder sriracha, ginger. Stir
6. Cook 2-3 min. Stir
7. Garnish w/ green onions, lime wedge
