  • Breakfast grain mix - 1 C / 155 g

  • Water - 16 oz / 450 ml

  • Milk/Nutmilk Powder - 2 TB / 15 g

  • Berry Jam or Dried Berries, your fav - 2 TB / 30 g

Steps

1. Add oats, water, milk powder in container/bottle
2. Stir
3. Sit overnight
4. Garnish w/ jam or berries
