Ingredients

  • Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Portobello Mushroom - 1
  • Button Mushrooms - 6
  • Shiitake Mushrooms, dried - 6
  • Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Garlic Powder - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Angel Hair Pasta - 8 oz / 225 g
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 1-2 tsp / 12 g
  • Parmesan Cheese - 1/4 C / 25 g
  • Water - 8 oz / 500 ml

Steps

1. Chop/Slice mushrooms
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add oil, mushrooms, salt, garlic. Stir
4. Cook 1-2 min
5. Add water, pasta. Stir
6. Cook until pasta done
7. Add vinegar, cheese. Stir
