  • Oil - 2 TB / 25 g 
  • Morningstar  sausage patties - 8 oz / 228 g
  • Powdered Eggs - 4 TB / 40 g
  • Water - 4 TB / 50 g
  • Tomato - 1 PC 
  • Cheese, your fav - 4 oz / 100 g
  • English muffins - 4 pc 
  • Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Black pepper - 1/2 tsp / 2 g

Steps

  1. HYDRATE eggs. sit 5 min
  2. SLICE cheese, tomato
  3. TURN ON BURNER: Med heat
  4. Add oil
  5. COOK patties. TOAST muffs. RESERVE.
  6. Add eggs. COOK 1-2 min
  7. ASSEMBLE patties, eggs, tomatoes, cheese on muffs
  8. EAT!
