- Morningstar sausage patties - 8 oz / 228 g
- Powdered Eggs - 4 TB / 40 g
- Water - 4 TB / 50 g
- Tomato - 1 PC
- Cheese, your fav - 4 oz / 100 g
- English muffins - 4 pc
- Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
Steps
- HYDRATE eggs. sit 5 min
- SLICE cheese, tomato
- TURN ON BURNER: Med heat
- Add oil
- COOK patties. TOAST muffs. RESERVE.
- Add eggs. COOK 1-2 min
- ASSEMBLE patties, eggs, tomatoes, cheese on muffs
- EAT!
