- Water - 16oz / 475 ml
- Instant Oatmeal/Grain Mix - 2 C / 160 g
- Brown Sugar - 1-2 TB / 10 g
- Shredded Carrots - 5 oz / 140 g
- Cinnamon - 2 tsp / 10 g
- Powdered Ginger - 1 tsp / 5 g
- Apple Sauce Cup - 4-6 oz / 226g
- Golden Raisins - 1/4 C / 30 g
- Pecans, chopped - 1/4 C / 25 g
Steps
1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water, brown sugar, carrots, cinnamon, ginger, apple sauce, raisins. STIR. BRING TO BOIL
3. Add oatmeal
4. TURN OFF BURNER
5. Stir. Sit 5-10 min
