Ingredients

  • Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g

  • Shallot - 2 

  • Garlic - 3 cloves

  • Green Beans, fresh - 8 oz / 200 g

  • Tomato Paste - 1/2 tube / 2 oz / 50 g

  • Zucchini - 1

  • Water - 16 oz / 475 ml

  • Oregano, dried - 1 tsp / 5 g

  • Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g

  • Basil, fresh  - 1/4 C / 10 g

Steps

1. Chop shallot, garlic, green beans, zucchini
3. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
4. Add olive oil, shallot garlic
5. Cook 3 min
6. Add tomato paste, green beans, zucchini, water, oregano, salt
7. Simmer 5-10 min
8. Add basil
