Steps
1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Boil water
3. Chop cheese, onions. Reserve
4. Add mashed potatoes. Stir
5. Cook 1-2 min
6. Add cheese, bacon, salt, black pepper
7. Stir. Cook 1 min
8. Add green onions
