Ingredients

  • Water - 16 oz / 450 ml
  • Dried Mushroom Snacks - 1/2 C / 70 g
  • Snap Peas, Dried - 1/2 C / 40 g
  • Instant Mashed Potatoes - 1 pkg / 8.5 oz / 125 g
  • French’s Fried Onions - 1/4 C / 20 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • *optional* cheddar cheese - 2 oz / 50 g

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water, vegetables. Boil
3. Add potatoes, cheese. Stir until thick
4. Garnish w/ onions
