Meat Jerky, your fav - 3.5 oz / 100 g

Pinto Beans or dehydrated beans - 1 can (15oz/440g) / 2 C / 50 g

Water - 20 oz / 300 ml

Chili Powder - 3 TB - 35 g

Salt 1/2 tsp / 2 g

Steps
1. Chop shallot, peppers, jerky
2. Open beans
3. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
4. Add oil, shallot, peppers, jerky
5. Cook 2-3 min
6. Add water, beans, chili pwdr, salt
7. Simmer 5-10 min
8. Garnish w/ lime wedge
