Ingredients

  • Chicken, canned/pkg - 10-12 oz / 350 g
  • Garlic or Powder - 3 clvs - 7 g
  • Salt - 1 tsp / 2 g
  • Jamaican Jerk Seasoning - 1 TB / 10 g
  • Dried mango - 1.5 oz / 40 g
  • Water - 12 oz / 400 g
  • Instant Rice - 1 C / 108 g
  • Coconut Milk Powder - 2 TB / 10 g
  • Kidney Beans, w water - 10 oz / 304 g 
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 TB / 13 g

Steps

  1. CHOP garlic
  2. TURN BURNER ON: Med heat
  3. + chicken, garlic, salt. jerk seasoning, mango
  4. COOK 1-2 min. STIR
  5. + water, rice, coconut milk powder, mango
  6. BRING TO SIMMER. COOK 1-2 min
  7. TURN BURNER OFF. SIT 5 min covered
  8. + apple cider vinegar. STIR
  9. EAT!
