- Chicken, canned/pkg - 10-12 oz / 350 g
- Garlic or Powder - 3 clvs / 1/2 tsp / 7 g
- Salt - 1 tsp / 2 g
- Jamaican Jerk Seasoning - 1 TB / 10 g
- Dried mango - 1.5 oz / 40 g
- Water - 12 oz / 400 g
- Instant Rice - 1 C / 108 g
- Coconut Milk Powder - 2 TB / 10 g
- Kidney Beans, w water - 10 oz / 304 g
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 TB / 13 g
Steps
- CHOP garlic
- TURN BURNER ON: Med heat
- + chicken, garlic, salt. jerk seasoning, mango
- COOK 1-2 min. STIR
- + water, rice, beans, coconut milk powder
- BRING TO SIMMER. COOK 1-2 min
- TURN BURNER OFF. SIT 5 min covered
- + apple cider vinegar. STIR
- EAT!
Notes/Additions
Don't be a campy jerk...in bear country always hang or use a bear canister for your food/toiletries.
