Ingredients

  • Oil - 2 TB / 50 g
  • Instant Rice - 2 C / 350 g
  • Dried Pineapple - 1/4 C / 60 g
  • Dried Mango - 1/4 C / 60 g
  • Water - 16 oz / 475 ml
  • Ginger Powder - 2 tsp / 5 g
  • Coconut Milk Powder - 3 TB / 22 g
  • Eggs / Powdered Eggs - 4 / 1/4 C / 35 g
  • Soy Sauce Packets - 4

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add oil, rice, pineapple, mango. Stir
3. Cook 1-2 min
4. Add water, ginger powder, coconut milk, powdered
eggs. STIR
5. Bring to boil
6. TURN OFF BURNER. COVER
7. Sit for 5-10
8. Stir. Add soy sauce if you like
