Ingredients

  • Sesame Oil - 2 TB / 25 g

  • Shallot - 2

  • Garlic - 3 cloves

  • Ginger, dried - 2 TB / 15 g

  • Chili Paste - 2 TB / 25 g

  • Water - 16 oz / 475 ml

  • Rice Vinegar - 2 oz / 25 g

  • Soy Sauce - 2 oz / 25 g

  • Bok Choy - 3 - 4

  • *optional* Powdered Eggs - 2 TB / 15 g or Packaged Chicken - 5 oz / 140 g

Steps

1. Chop shallot, garlic, bok choy
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add sesame oil, shallot, garlic
4. Cook 1-2 min
5. Add water, chili paste, soy, ginger, rice vinegar
6. Boil. Cook 5 min
7. Add bok choy, eggs/chicken. Stir
8. Cook 1-2 min
