Ingredients

  • Quinoa or Grain Mix precooked - 16 oz - 500 g or 3 1/2 C cooked
  • Olive Oil - 1/4 C /100 g
  • Lemon - 1 pc
  • Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Mayo Packets - 4 packets
  • Tarragon, fresh - 4 TB -/10 g
  • Green Onion - 1 bunch 
  • Broccolini - 1 bunch 
  • Avocado - 1-2 pc 

Steps

*NO BURNER RECIPE*

  1. CHOP tarragon
  2. MIX oil, lemon juice, salt, mayo packets, tarragon
  3. SIT for 5 min
  4. CHOP green onions, broccolini, avocado
  5. MIX grains, vegetable and dressing
  6. SIT for 5 min
  7. EAT!
