German Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • Water - 32 oz / 1 L

  • Red Potatoes - 6-8

  • Salt - 1-2 tsp / 6-8 g

  • Green Beans, fresh - 8 oz / 225 g

  • Baby Tomatoes - 6 oz / 170 g

  • Shallot - 2

  • Stone Ground Mustard - 1/4 C / 25 g

  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 1/4 C / 25 g

  • Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp / 2 g

Steps

1. Chop potatoes
2. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
3. Add water, potatoes, salt
4. Boil until soft. Drain
5. Chop green beans, tomatoes, shallots
6. Add vegetables, mustard, vinegar, black pepper
7. Mix. Mix.
8. Add salt to taste
