Pear & Fig Balsamic Crisp

Ingredients

  • Pears - 2
  • Dried Figs - 1 C / 125 g
  • Water - 4 oz / 120 g
  • Brown Sugar - 1/4 C / 20 g
  • Cinnamon - 1 tsp / 3 g
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
  • Granola -2 C / 300 g
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 1-3 tsp / 20 g

Steps

1. Chop pears, figs
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add fruit, water, sugar, cinnamon, salt
4. Stir. Cook 5-10 min until soft.
5. Add vinegar. Stir
6. Add granola on top
