Ingredients

  • Water - 16 oz / 500 ml
  • Instant Mashed Potatoes - 1 pkg / 4 oz / 113 g
  • Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Chicken Andouille Sausage - 6 oz / 225 g
  • Old Bay/Creole Seasoning - 2 tsp / 8 g
  • Red Pepper - 1
  • Fresh or Frozen Corn - 2 oz / 50 g
  • *optional* Cheese, grated, your fav - 2 oz / 50 g

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add 16 oz water. Boil
3. Add potatoes. Cook re pkg instruction. Reserve
4. While boiling, Chop sausage, veggies if needed
5. BURNER: MED HEAT. Add oil, meat, seasoning
7. Stir. Cook 2-3 min
8. Add veggies, 2 oz water
9. Stir. Cook 1-2 min
10. Sprinkle cheese to top of meat mix
11. Top w/ mashed potatoes
