- Corn Nuts - 2 bags / 3.5 oz / 100 g
- Pork Rinds - 1-2 oz / 30-50 g
- Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
- Salsa, Red - 4 oz / 115 g
- Cilantro - 1/2 bunch
- Green Onions - 1/2 bunch
- Dried Oregano - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Lime - 1
Steps
1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add water/beer, corn nuts, pork rinds, garlic powder, salsa to pot
3. Stir. Boil. Cook 5-7 min
4. Chop cilantro, green onions
5. Garnish w/ cilantro, green onions, oregano, lime wedge
