Ingredients

  • Olive Oil - 4 TB / 50 g
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Orange - 1 pc 
  • Grapefruit - 1 pc 
  • Shallot - 1 pc 
  • Fennel Bulb - 1 pc 
  • Salt - 1 tsp - 5 g
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
  • Pepitas - 1/4 C / 20 g

Steps

*NO BURNER RECIPE*

  1. SLICE orange, grapefruit, shallot, fennel
  2. MIX
  3. + oil, vinegar, salt, black pepper
  4. SIT for 5 min
  5. GARNISH w pepitas
  6. EAT!

Did you know that? pepitas are pumpkin seeds but from a different variety than a Jack-O-Latern. Super tasy.
