Ingredients

  • Tortillas, flour or corn - 8 
  • Soyrizo / Field Roast Chorizo - 13 oz / 396g
  • Red Bell Pepper - 1
  • Green Onion - 1 bunch
  • Oil - 2 TB/25g
  • Chili Powder - 2-4 tsp/10g
  • Salt - 1 tsp/5g
  • Lime - 1 
  • Cheese, your fav - 4 oz/250g

Steps

Steps
1. Chop field roast, pepper, onion, lime
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add oil, field roast, pepper, onion, salt, chili powder
4. Cook 3-5 min. Stir, stir. Reserve
5. Toast tortillas in dry pan
6. Assemble mixture in warm tortillas
7. Garnish w/ cheese and lime wedge

Notes/Additions

Please toast your tortillas! It doesn't take that long but really add some nice flavor.
Cold tortillas = less bueno
